Lip Balm Holder

My friend Clare sent me a picture of a little lip balm holder the other day asking if I was able to trying something like it... well after about 5 attempts I have something. Rather rubbish but it does hold a lip balm!

The first attempts were far too baggy so it kept falling out, eventually I got it so it fitted nicely so carried on with that.... but it appears that my tension got tighter the further on I went so its now VERY snug!! I am hoping that leaving the lip balm in it a while will stretch it. 

Maybe once I have finished all the other projects I have on the go I'll have a go at making some more refined, vibrant ones! Many of them have little flaps to hold them in with pretty buttons, maybe ill buy some buttons!

If nothing else I learnt a new crochet stitch!
