Heartbeat!
As I've started blogging now, I feel like I should document this pregnancy like I did the last... Which means I need to keep motivated to do it and try and find time! I also should really update Pippa's blog too if I am to do the same for this baby when he/she arrives...

I have been attempting to hear the heartbeat from about 10 week, somewhat optimistically. Not for reassurance or anything, just out of interest in how early I could find it. I first actually got it last Thursday at 12+1 (well actually 12+3 by scan) but it was fairly brief and not very clear at all whereas today was a full clear busy heartbeat! Scott's away so I took a video to send him. You can hear Pippa talking beside me right at the end!
Pippa has quickly learnt what my Doppler is for (it's a cheap eBay jobby, for the record I DON'T recommend women buy and use them... Do as I say not as I do.. #doublestandards) and regularly gets it out of my bedside drawer and want's to 'listen to mummys belly'. Or her own, or Daddy's!
